Rachel Bird
Rachel joined in 2014 taking on the role of Operations Manager and was invited on to the Senior Management Team in 2016 where she is now involved in the more high-level business strategy and projects. Along with being responsible for the day to day running of the office there has been an increased interest in HR, recruitment and people management.
About Rachel Bird
Rachel has over 20 years’ experience in law and prior to moving to Aequitas Legal had been with Pannone Solicitors for fourteen years spending the final five years in the role of a Quality and Supplier Manager. Rachel joined Such Amin and the team at Aequitas Legal in 2014 taking on the role of Operations Manager. After seeing the innovative way, the firm was lead with strong core values and the emphasis on customer service, she knew this was going to be a good fit for her next role. Rachel was invited on to the Senior Management Team in 2016 where she is now involved in the more high-level business strategy and projects. Along with being responsible for the day to day running of the office there has been an increased interest in HR, recruitment and people management.
Always wanting to improve and being in a supportive environment has meant that Rachel has been able to train to a high level and is currently undergoing the ILM in Leadership and Management Level 5 which will complement the work and challenges she faces with being part of the SMT Team.
When Rachel is not working or studying she enjoys travelling (anywhere hot), socialising and working on her “doer-upper” home she shares in Prestwich with her husband and two cats. Rachel is also an active committee member of the Trafford Law Society where she helps organise events and seminars in the Trafford/Manchester area.
