Trampoline Accident Claims
Having an accident on a trampoline can be nasty with injuries ranging from minor to very serious. The popularity of trampoline parks is continually growing and this has resulted in a growing number of injuries. Unfortunately, some of these parks do not take the health and safety of customers as seriously as they should do and so some accidents could be prevented.

Trampoline Accident Claims
Trampoline claims are usually started following an accident suffered by a member of the public in a trampoline park.
Accidents on a trampoline can occur in many different ways, for example, because of faulty or badly worn equipment, equipment which hasn’t been repaired or because of wrongly performing a manoeuvre such as a somersault without being given appropriate training or induction. If you have suffered injury in a similar way or think you may be entitled to make a claim but aren’t sure, then please contact us.
Children, in particular, are more prone to accidents but it is for the trampoline park to take this into account when putting measures in place to protect their safety. However, having said that, we have acted for many adults who have suffered injury on a trampoline through no fault of their own.
The injuries suffered can often leave people being unable to work for a while but in extreme cases, you can be left with injuries such as a broken neck or back which can lead to permanent discomfort and time off work.
This can then leave you without any income or support and loved one distressed. So, if you feel that the trampoline park has been careless and you or a loved one has suffered an injury as a result then you may be eligible to claim compensation.
