    About Laura Baddeley

Laura is a dedicated and experienced legal professional with a strong background in personal injury law. She graduated with an LLB (Hons) from the University of Chester in 2012 and has since built an impressive career focused on claimant representation.

Her journey into law began early, gaining hands-on experience as an Office Junior at a personal injury firm during her school years—a role she continued throughout university before progressing to a full-time position. Laura went on to complete the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in Christleton, with a focus on Personal Injury & Clinical Negligence, Employment Law, and Family Law.

Laura completed her Training Contract at an Industrial Disease firm, specialising in noise-induced hearing loss claims and civil litigation. She further enhanced her expertise by undertaking the Professional Skills Course at BPP University of Law, Manchester, with electives in Occupational Disease, Clinical Negligence, Family Law, and Wills & Probate.

Since qualifying as a Solicitor in 2018, Laura has gained over a decade of experience in handling a wide spectrum of personal injury claims—including workplace accidents, public and private liability, road traffic accidents, industrial disease claims, and complex cases against the Ministry of Justice. Her career has seen her work with respected niche firms, including those specialising in industrial disease and trade union representation.

Laura is known for her commitment to her clients, particularly in challenging and high-stakes cases. She brings empathy, tenacity, and a client-focused approach to every matter she handles.

Outside of work, Laura enjoys spending time with her husband and two young children, making memories on family holidays and relaxing over meals at their favourite local pub.
