We are proud to announce that we have been shortlisted for “Best Small Law Firm of the Year” at the Law Society’s prestigious Excellence Awards, the highest accolade for law firms in England and Wales.
It means so much to receive such high recognition for the hard work and innovation that we undertake to continually improve our service offerings for both our clients and our most important assets, our people.
We’ve been able to demonstrate a powerful culture and leadership in a high-pressure environment. We’ve also recognised the needs and demands placed on our employees and brought in our Health, Happiness and Wellbeing programme as part of our business strategy. The programme is expected to not only improve these areas for our employees but play a large part in increasing our staff engagement, productivity and quality of service for our clients.
Our people are critical to the success of the business and as leaders we recognise that by taking care of our people they will take care of our clients. We have already started to see dramatic improvements in all targeted areas and feedback has been extremely positive with high staff engagement.
Law Society president Christina Blacklaws said: “There are more than 9,000 firms and 140,000 solicitors in England and Wales, so to be shortlisted for an Excellence Award is to be recognised as being among the best of the best.”
We will be travelling with a few of our most deserving people to the Law Society’s Excellence Awards ceremony in London on 17 October, where winners are to be announced.
